Banner flag values determines statistical behaviour of a banner.

Remarks
Value 0 is used in cases when no statistics needed.
Value 1 is used in cases when images are counted, but click-throughs are ignored.
Value 2 is a default. Click-throughs are counted, but images are ignored.
Value 3 is used in cases when images and click-throughs are counted.
Parameter banner flag determine statistics behavour of the banner.
Default banner flag value 2 means that source code will returned and
click-through will writed into statistics.
It is recommended to use banner flag value 2 for internal advertising
banners (the banners often use a-tag, iframe or javascript with source
parameter set to internal web site).
It is recommended to use banner flag value 0 for external advertising
banners (the banners often use iframe or javascript with source parameter
set to external web site).
