banner_weights (Table)
Banner weights table determine a relationship between order and banner or
between campaign and banner.

Remarks
Parameter object_id specify relationship to orders
or campaigns table.
Parameter banner_id specify relationship to banners table.
Default banner_weight value is 100. If there is more banners defined
for one advertiser, banner weight can set probability, that the banner will be selected from set of the banners. If advertiser would like
to view any banner only in entered date or time interval, a date/time parameters above can by used to do this.
