Init Pages Tree

The command reinitialize pages_tree table data. The command is automatically called as first command when Reinit Server Data command is executed. User can manually execute the command after page data was entered into the pages table. The table contains all relationships between "parent" pages and "child" pages in a hierarchical tree structure.
